Dear Guests,
it is a pleasure for us to welcome you to the First Aachen Discrete Mathematics Days - a workshop dedicated to Eberhard Triesch's 60th birthday. We aim to bring together family, friends, students and (former) colleagues of Eberhard in a friendly and fruitful atmosphere.

Our scientific programme consists of nine lectures given by the following distinguished speakers:
